Non Discrimination Clause
Westside Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
The interview will allow you to meet with two of our board members to ask questions and explain your desire to join WCA. Our board members love to meet with prospective families, hear their story, and share with them more details about what to expect at WCA. Interviews take place at the school, typically in the evening. They last about an hour and we ask that both parents attend without children. The Admissions Coordinator will assist you in scheduling this meeting.
Our Admissions Team meets monthly to review every application and make final admissions decisions. You will receive notification of their decision by mail.
Once accepted, you will be asked to complete remaining enrollment forms and pay an enrollment fee of $385 within two weeks of acceptance. Completing the forms and payment will ensure your child is placed on the class roster for the upcoming year.
Children seeking enrollment at WCA are required to take an entrance assessment administered by a WCA faculty member. This will be scheduled once the required documents have been submitted. Appropriate grade level placement is made under the sole discretion of the principal. Children entering kindergarten must reach the age of five (5) years by July 31 of that school year.
