step 2: apply

Access our online application and upload required documents.

The application for the 2024-25 school year will open October 1, 2023. Applications will be processed in 3 rounds. Once a grade level is full, new applications will be placed into a waiting pool and families will be notified if a space becomes available. We recommend that new families begin the application process early to ensure the best likelihood for admission.

Application Deadlines:

  • Jan 1
  • March 1
  • May 1

ONLINE APPLICATION | APPLY NOW

Documents Needed:

*Birth certificate, report cards and test scores can be uploaded in the application, or you may email documents to the admissions director.

*Electronic reference forms can be emailed to a pastor and teacher in the application.

*For incoming students from homeschool, please provide a list of curriculums used and/or the documentation you provide to the state each school year.

step 3: academic assessment

Students seeking enrollment at WCA are required to take an entrance assessment administered by a WCA faculty member. The admissions director will schedule this with you once the required documents have been submitted.

Our 3 Academic Assessment Weeks Are:

  • Jan 4-11
  • March 4-8
  • May 2-9
step 4: interview(s)

The final step in the application process is to attend an interview. At this meeting, prospective families meet with two board members, share their testimony, explain their desire to join WCA, and are able to ask the board members any questions about the school. Interviews take place at the school, last about an hour and we ask that both parents attend without children.

Student’s applying for grades 7-12 will have a Student Interview with either the Dean of Men or Dean of Women. The interview allows for open discussion on the student culture and academic opportunities at WCA.

Our 3 Incoming Interview Weeks Are:

  • Jan 16-20
  • March 11-16
  • May 13-18
step 5: decision

Our Admissions Team reviews every application and make final admissions decisions.  You will receive notification of their decision by mail.

Once accepted, you will be asked to complete remaining enrollment forms and pay an enrollment deposit of $385 within two weeks of acceptance (enrollment deposits increase to $450 per student if enrolling after May 1st).

Completing enrollment forms and enrollment deposit will ensure your child is placed on the class roster for the upcoming year.

Decision Letter Mailing Dates:

  • Feb 1
  • April 1
  • June 1
step 6: enrollment

Accepted families will receive instructions to complete enrollment forms and pay the enrollment deposit through our online portal.  We ask new families to enroll within two weeks of acceptance.  Completing enrollment and paying the deposit ensures that a student is placed on the class roster for the upcoming year.

Enrollment forms and fees are collected each year for all families at WCA, new and returning.

Enrollment Deposits:

  • *Before Feb 1: $350 per student
*early re-enrollment, open to returning families only.
  • Feb 1 – April 30: $385 per student
  • After May 1: $450 per student
